Ben Weasel and His Iron String Quartet - These Ones Are Bitter (2007)

One of Punk Rock's most well known spokesmen with a second solo album. On bass he got the dude from Alkaline Trio. On guitar and drums he got the dudes from All American Rejects for some reason... Don't ask me why... Still, a kickass Pop-Punk album.

    congratulations on the blog. very nice music indeed! ive bookmarked it.
    have you heard "cari lee & the saddle-ites"? there's also a record she made with the contenders, and they called themselves "cari lee & the contenders".
    anyway, if you havent heard them yet i recommend it. their style is like... hillbilly/western swing i guess. i have 2 saddle-ites albums and the contenders one, which i guess are a little hard to find for download. but i reaaally would like to find the rarer stuff, so maybe you could help me there? i would love to get my hands on the new album, called "brought to you via saddle-ite" but except for the songs on the website i cant find it anywhere. argh.
